3. Controls malfunction. - (1) Replace batteries and ensure remote and helicopter frequency match. (2) Operate in an open area to avoid interference.
4. On/off switch broke after first use. - The switch is brittle; avoid excessive force when turning off.
5. Battery won't hold a charge. - The battery, charging cord, or port may be faulty. A replacement will be provided.
